Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law;
Interfere with security, servers, or networks;
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior;
Violate TikTok rules or applicable laws.
Your game progress and any virtual items/rewards may be tied to your TikTok environment and device. We may modify, reset, or discontinue features, rewards, or progression systems for security, balancing, compliance, or operational reasons.
All content in the Service (including software, text, graphics, logos, gameplay mechanics, and audiovisual elements) is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our IP except as allowed by these Terms.
We may update, patch, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including for compliance or security reasons. We are not liable for any inability to access the Service due to such actions.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, TikTok policies, or applicable law, or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
